This first package is the entry level service package which is comprised mostly of strategy planning and guidance. The Consulting Package is geared primarily toward organizations which have a strong fundraising potential but lack the experience necessary to develop a top-notch fundraising strategy. Here you've got "the total package." The focus of the Expansion Package is to expand, build out, and develop your fundraising operation through in depth control of all fundraising matters. In addition to providing the finance plan and giving you the organizational tools you need, KMB consulting will provide a full time staff person to assist in the fundraising efforts on site! The Expansion Package simplifies your fundraising efforts by allowing our firm to completely handle all operations of your organizations development department.
